6 New Cars That Are Actually Selling for Below MSRP

Deals may be coming for some of our favorite pickups and EVs.

New car prices have been high the past couple of years with inflation and supply chain issues. But car inventory is rising, and the market is starting to soften — a bit. According to an iSeeCars.com study, the average car sold for 8.5 percent above MSRP in June 2023 (down from 10.2 percent in July 2022). And we're even starting to see a few cars going for under MSRP on average, a sign that once ubiquitous incentives and financing deals manufacturers used to move inventory could be on the horizon.

Here are the cars currently selling for under their MSRP on average.

Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid

This plug-in hybrid is less powerful than the gas engine at 260 horsepower and only comes in front-wheel-drive. But it does give you 32 miles of EV range for all of those school runs.

Infiniti QX80

The QX80 is Infiniti's flagship, full-size luxury body-on-frame SUV. It has been in production since 2010, although it has been rebadged and received several facelifts and enhancements since then.
