For the last few years, branzino has found its way onto all sorts of menus, often as a whole fish grilled, garnished and served up to an eager table. Now, fans can bring the crowd-pleaser home in a tiny tin, thanks to Blue Cove. The company has released the US’s first tinned branzino, with two varieties available: Piquillo Peppers & Herbs and Minced Olive & Fine Herbs. Fans can shop each flavor for $17, or bring home a two-pack for $33 — just in time for holiday hosting.
